We offer 13,000 square feet of multi use event space for Weddings, Conferences, Specialty Banquets, Fundraiser Galas and Company Picnics.

Wedding Reception Package

OUR INCLUSIVE 5 HOUR RECEPTION PACKAGE IS AVAILABLE WITH A VARIETY OF UPGRADES

Our Wedding Reception Package includes:

  • Your choice of a three course sit-down dinner or buffet prepared and served by our in-house catering department

  • Room Rental, cocktail tables and chairs, dinner tables and chiavari chairs, tableware, linens and napkins, pin-spot lighting, dance floor, complimentary parking, full service staff, cake cutting and a complimentary bottle of champagne for the couple’s table

  • Hosted bar options including House and/or Premium Spirits, Champagne, House wine, Domestic and/or Imported beer, soft drinks, coffee, decaf and hot tea. A wine pour is included during dinner

  • Wedding Cake selection by Porto’s Bakery


Ceremony Package

A 1 hour ceremony package is offered in conjunction with a wedding reception package

Our Ceremony Package includes:

  • A variety of beautiful outdoor garden ceremony sites

  • Private Bridal Suite with Champagne and refreshments available prior to the ceremony

  • One hour rehearsal prior to Wedding Day

  • White garden chairs, tables for your DJ, wedding décor, guest book, gifts and unity candle

  • A refreshing water station for your guests preceding ceremony and throughout

  • A 2 hour set-up time for your florist, DJ and other vendors


Timing

The Wedding Reception Package is based on a five hour event time and the Ceremony Package is based on a one hour time frame. Additional hours are available.

Morning events take place between 10am and 4pm. Monday through Saturday evening events begin after 6pm and Sunday evening events start after 6pm.

For our events from fall to early spring, earlier start times are available. We allow up to two hours for set-up time.

Special Events

We welcome you and your guests to share one of the most unique venues in America filled with warmth, elegance and style. Come to us with your special event and our professionals attend to every detail. Our spacious banquet rooms feature large dance floors, specialty lighting, and private patios with stunning outdoor gardens and relaxing water features.

Special Events Package

OUR PACKAGE OFFERS APPETIZING IN-HOUSE CATERING THAT INCLUDES HORS D’OEUVRE SELECTIONS, TWO COURSE SIT-DOWN DINNERS OR THEMED ACTION STATIONS, DESSERT AND SPECIALTY STATIONS, AND VARIED BAR OPTIONS INCLUDING A FULL PREMIUM BAR

The Special Events Package includes:

  • A 5 hour event time, with 2 hours set-up and 2 hours breakdown time

  • Banquet room and private adjoining cocktail garden with waterfall or patio terrace

  • Full service wait staff and bartenders

  • Registration table, cocktail tables and chairs, linens, dining tables with floor length underlays, linens and napkins, chiavari chairs, pin spot lighting, dance floor, custom floor plans and complimentary parking


Fundraiser Galas

OUR VENUE IS IDEAL FOR FUNDRAISERS AND FEATURES BEAUTIFUL TERRACES FOR AMPLE SILENT AUCTION TABLES AND COCKTAIL HOUR

The Fundraiser Gala Reception Package includes:

  • A 5 hour event time, with 4 hours set-up and 2 hours breakdown time

  • Cocktail, registration and ample silent auction tables with linens

  • Banquet dining tables with floor length underlays, linens and napkins, chiavari chairs, pin spot lighting, dance floor, riser with podium, and custom floor plans

  • Menus featuring cocktail hors d’oeuvres, sit-down plated or buffet dinner, themed action stations, dessert and specialty stations, and varied bar options including a full premium bar

  • Full service wait staff and bartenders and complimentary guest parking


Youth Party Package

Perfect for bar and bat mitzvahs and quinceañeras

Our Youth Party Package includes:

  • A five hour event time, with 2 hours set-up and 1 hour breakdown time

  • Banquet room and private adjoining cocktail garden with waterfall or patio terrace

  • Cocktail tables and chairs, dining tables with floor length underlays, linens and napkins, chiavari chairs, pin spot lighting, dance floor, custom floor plans and complimentary parking

  • Full service wait staff, bartenders and beverage attendants

  • A full service Coordination package with Event coordinator, security personnel, restroom attendants and post-event cleaning crew

Picnics & Conferences

Take your employees away from the office for the day and treat them to a unique experience at Calamigos Equestrian. Whether you need a quiet space to meet for breakfast, a teambuilding experience outside on the lawns or an all day meeting space with plenty of rooms to break out, Calamigos Equestrian fits the bill.

Calamigos Equestrian also offers its good, old-fashioned family picnics in Los Angeles at Calamigos Equestrian. Full-service packages are available with all the fixin's, creating a fun-filled day your employees and their families will remember.

Conference Package

We offer fully coordinated event packages for your convenience.

The Conference Package includes:

  • All inclusive per person rates for an 8-hour conference day

  • Conference room and a full service banquet staff

  • Executive continental breakfast, luncheon selections, all day beverage service that includes, water, coffee, decaf and hot tea

  • Afternoon break snack

  • Complimentary parking

  • Available upgrades for additional breakout rooms, cocktail reception with hors d’oeuvres and various bar options, including a full premium bar


Picnic Package

OUR OLD-FASHIONED PICNICS ARE OFFERED ON BEAUTIFULLY MANICURED LAWNS AND FEATURE GAMES, SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT

Our Picnic Package includes:

  • A 4 hour event time

  • Picnic Lawn site to accommodate 150 – 3000 Guests with dining tables, chairs and colorful linens

  • Picnic Director / MC to organize and run the games and activities, play music, make announcements and more 

  • Old-fashioned Picnic Games with prizes

  • Volleyball, badminton, free throw basketball, horseshoes, soccer and ping pong with athletic equipment supplied

  • Food and beverage attendants

  • Western barbecue menus, snacks and drink selections

  • Ample complimentary parking

  • Upgrades available for fun Inflatable Rides

 

Film

Calamigos Equestrian at the L.A. Equestrian Center is 75 acres of film friendly opportunity for your next film shoot. We are located next to some of L.A.’s major studios.

Yes, we are an additional location to the infamous Calamigos Ranch! We have endless available options for shooting. Structures such as our cottage, multiple restaurant/reception rooms with bars, outdoor patios, breezeways, acres of green grass, waterfalls, barns, stables, large equestrian arenas, a 3,000 seat equidome and large lots for base camps.
